This report contains two visuals that focus on post-award behavior. Here, you can see how money has been spent, or is already committed to be spent, as well as the remaining approved budget. You can also see how the money that has been spent already breaks down, whether as a Direct Cost or as an Facilities and Administration (F&A) Cost.
Visuals
This visual shows Expenditures and Committed Expenditures in the current fiscal year, Available Funds across all fiscal years, and Sponsor Committed Funds for future fiscal years, as well as budgets that have been entered into the Budget Tool.
This visual shows Expenditures broken down by the categories of Direct Costs and F&A Costs, by the fiscal year of the Expenditure.
