Phase 2 will focus on post-award performance of Sponsored Projects. 
Users will be provided a singular view for the awards in their portfolio with data combined from original data sources of ARC, the Budget Tool, and the Grants Managment System. 

  • Authorized Budgets, Expenditures, and Sponsor Committed Budgets
  • Direct and Indirect (F&A) cost break down
  • Approved Budgets and Current Estimates for the current fiscal year and the upcoming fiscal year

Recent Changes

  • The Proposal Details report and the Expanded Proposal Details report have been adjusted to include new columns of data (including Rascal number, ARC project number, Competitive Award Issue Date, among others), and have been re-arranged to present the columns in a more logical order. [September 2023]
  • The data displayed in both RLDD and the Expanded Proposal Details report is now completely real-time (as of yesterday). Users no longer need to wait until the month concludes to see the previous month's data. Please bear in mind that recent proposal(s) may not be fully reflected in RLDD until 30 days after the proposal submission date. [September 2023]
  • The Research Leadership Data Dashboard has been automatically favorited for all current and future users so RLDD can be accessed directly from the BI Launch Pad homepage. [September 2023]
